Alphabet Proposal

Anyone know how to make a proposal to the Government? I would like to suggest a relocation of the letters in the alphabet; see below:


aBCFdeghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz

Simply move the f to the left by 2 letters and the alphabet becomes even more celebrated than it already is.

Any suggestions on how to do this?

bcf > (everything x infinity) + 2

We can't have BCF not at the very front of the alphabet ofcourse. Moving the A to where it is just makes sense.
