Record labels that send out promotions?

I just recently became in charge of the electronic music department at our college radio show WBRS 100.1 FM Waltham (www.wbrs.org), which transmits to just about the entire Boston area. Considering how weak the selection of electronic music is in the archives there right now, I am very interested in building it up for our several electronic music shows during the week, so I'm curious if any of you know of record labels that would send promotional copies of record releases to a college radio station, such as mine, to get airtime in the Boston area. Also, if any of you are amateur producers who would like to get your productions heard on the air (you can livestream our radio station through the website) feel free to PM me. Some record labels might care, some won't. As a writer, I find some of them are easy to get on and some are just impossible (still trying for Distinctive after 2 years). Then you realize that you just don't have the time to do all the promos and you cut them down.
