Best way to deal with deal with comedowns that keep you hyper is to take a freezing cold bath!

If the comedown is just a total bummer comedown that makes you sore and sick, then eat fruit like the other guy said and go to bed listening to some soft music or the TV, cause the ringing in your ears might keep you up!

saw ferry last night. went crazy. definately feeling it today. i have only slept like 3 hours. :/ Drinking some orange juice, ate a banana with some peanut butter. Listened to some classical tunes for a bit.

Then, ups came with my armin - shivers (morph mix) vinyl and i couldnt help but play it and get hyped up again. :/

yea, hyper comedowns suck ass. the rush just wont go away, and u just want it to end. it no longer feels good, bleeh.

i bought shivers, the album, and wasnt too impressed. i like universal religion and asot compilations.

i havent heard the album. But I do know that I like serenity and shivers. Especially that god like morph remix.

i haven't gone to sleep in 2 days and i have work in 4 hours. i went to bed about an hour ago, but i had just re-discovered The Prodigy, i so had to go back to my computer and listen
