Talking RickyM vs T Valor - Moonstone (128kbps)

Hello

This is a collab I did with a Canadian mate of mine called Tyler ( got to love his artist name )
Not sure if its trance - but we made it to be trippy - and also quite simple - not that many sounds goin on...I have a 256kbps version if anyone wants it - but i couldnt fit it on the site so here it is at 128kbps

Any comments would be lovely

or HERE to stream 128
Thanks

omg you've really progressed musically lately This is good shit!!! The percs are nice and smooth, and you layer some funky melodies all over the place. The break came too late imo, cuz it got kinda boring to listen to during the buildup... To make the buildup more interresting - you have to add some small breaks or some creative twists

The break wasn't all that either... Because I feel that no mainmelody was introduced... Hmm..Well - you've learned how to get a clear sound atleast This just wan't my cup of tea I'm afraid... I like energic melodic stuff, you know

nice percussions, bass is fine.. pretty nice overall.. although there wasnt much of a hook, but that wasnt prolly the intention either, the clap gives it the kinda oldschool feeling.. productionwise its flawless.. fits straight in to the name.. very relaxing tune

good work 8,5/10

Really great sound, I love the track, but I just want there to be a lead line! I keep waiting for it to come and it doesnt... Thats ok Nice work, I look forward to hearing more in the future.

Damn, I'd kill for a bass preset like that. What did you use?

The track didnt excite me too much, but solid production on this one. Crystal clear sound. Vocals are very well used.

You've come a long way since Uzi

Hey RickyM,

It is true what they say about the bassline, that is really nice The track sounds a bit like the M.I.K.E (PUSH)sound during the build up. Great kick you are using by the way.

The track itself does not really hold my attention exactly because of the reason mentioned above. There is no leadline and no variation in melody. I think you have a good build up. Just focus on a break and leadline to get the energy going more.

Cheers mate and keep up the good work!
