Are you completely retarded? Legitimate remixers go to either the original label (if the track was released) or the original artist (if the track was not released) and PAY FOR the track parts and the license to use them. It's called "clearing" a sample. Sometimes they are generous enough to provide it for free with some other type of agreement (i.e. royalties, or exclusive rights to the completed remix). When you don't do this and try to "rip", it's called a bootleg.
