nice drive, firm kick, rhythm is nice, this is really building a great tension, i can kinda feel it..

breakdown:

sounds great still.. really building a dark track, but u need to make the track stronger in the bassline, as alot of bass drowns after the breakdown.. the melody is ok, very linear but very good.. but the first minute of the track was great..

finish

Hey RickyM and Fran,

This track is ace! I like the build up, the track has a great darker feel to it (push kind of style). Great percussions, good break, good fx. I really enjoyed hearing this track. yes it is simple in its melody but that does not bother me one bit. This track really is top notch.

One of the better ones at the moment on TA. would love to hear the full version soon!

Cheers mates!

Fran VD showed me a sample of it the other day, the only complain about it is that the final render's overall loudness is at -8 DB, which is too loud, when you open the wave file in your sound editor, in my case Wavelab, you can see that the song's wave is being cut (its peaks).
Try to reduce the original track's gain by - 7 DB and render again, so the final overall loudness is between -14 DB and -12 DB, ahh, nice now you can appreciate the full wave, and even ready for vinyl press.

hey rick u british bum and hey Fran

ok here it goes:
This track currently has very HIGH Potential , Now for some Technical adjustments: the bass is kinda getting swalloed when the beat enters...so u might wanna EQ it to make it more "Sub-ish" , Pads and Leads are ok , Maybe Decrease the Reverb abit...same goes to the Delay , The only thing that disturbed me is the kick...It Lacks energy if u ask me , I Think something punchy will do the work =)
and the Percussions are kinda dead , so Try to remove the LOWS and focus on the mids and highs
since the lows arent that neccassary when it comes to Percussions.

Thats all for Now

Maor.

Pretty cool stuff here as previously mentioned the kick could be a bit tougher but I think that's about all I can fault about it... turning it up a tad and boosting the mid frequencies slightly to give it a slightly more prominant click to it would probably do the trick.

Erm, yeah, cool melodies, lots of nice sounds and good perc... the lot! I like the long build up, kicks in really cleanly without losing energy (something a lot of people find hard to do well). I'd play it

8/10

(Scale: 0 = don't bother, 1-3 = needs work, 4-5 = nearly there, 6-8 = releasable, 9-10 = outstanding)

Smooth and aggressive melodies
Bassline needs to be more soundable...
Nice use of FXs! Hmm.. Haven't I heard a preview of this before...? The melody sounds soooo familiar...
The buildup before the takeoff is kick-ass-good

Satan (eek!)

Great work guys. The melody is and I love the breakdown. Very MIKE-ish.
I really enjoyed it. Finish it and send it somewhere.
