Do they?
On the risk of being called a hater, I'll say this is another example of poor creativity levels. Sure, it's produced quite well and it will go down properly with the crowd into the type of 'techno' Magik Muzik and the likes have been putting out lately, but where the hell is the feeling? The tension? Like this, this EP just isn't anything more than 4 watered down techy tracks slapped onto a piece of vinyl. Needless to say neither Cave nor Primate gained any popularity with me here.
Mass in motion is simply an awful piece of music. If someone posted that in the amature producers forum, I'd tell them to scrap it and try again - the fact primate would agree to release a tune of this standard shows how far from grace they've fallen.
There is nothing in this release that would make me want to give it it's own thread. bland, bland, bland..
Imo of course
Also - whats with the shitty sounding reverse effect he has going on in these tunes - did he actually listen to it before he released this and say - yeah that sounds tight.

this is not near as good as earlier Cave releases. he should stick to the tribal techno formula. And where the heck is Temporal? Release it NOW!
