Cables?!?!?!

Hey guys and gals,

I'm about to upgrade my set-up. I am having some problems finding some decent cables for alesis monitors and with that some good phono cables too.

I either find bargain ones that I know will be dog poo, or top notch ones that cost £600.

Just wondering if any of you can point me in the right direction for some good XLR cables and phono to phono's. Hopefully that wont cost the earth.

Cheers guys!

Can't go wrong with "Planet Waves" branded cables.

Planet Waves Cabling company.

Best I've found for your money...not cheap but not too expensive either.

actually i wouldn't buy these again. I have a pair of their 1/4" instrument cables and these have a locking feature which locks into ur input so they dont pop out so easily, well i had one in my soundcard for months and decided to switch it to another input and it pulled my whole input out of the soundcard. anyway i would watch out for these.

I have a pair of monster xlr with my alesis monitors and they suit me well.

I haven't seen the locking ones, but one thing I like about em is the warranty. I've been using these for a couple of years...the same ones...and I take my Keyboard with me every week. Its CONSTANTLY getting setup and taken down so the cables need to be REALLY rugged.
I had a solder on my Trinity's circuit board give out and the LEFT output was crackly...I assumed it was the cable and I took it back after owning it for over a year. They took it back and replaced it for free...no receipt...nothin'. It turned out it wasn't even the cord, but that kind of satisfaction is why I love this brand!
