strongly recommend the x9 ask daniel aka djtranz about it. He has played with tons of mixers being that he works at DJMart. I would strongly suggest asking him for his opinion when i talked to him about it he raved on and on about it.

i was in the EXACT, literally the exact same dilemma just a few weeks ago. I was going to get a X9. the more reviews i read, and the more i talked to people that used the X9 the majority of the people hated the thing. The 5000fx, not that many people can give good things to say about it, only because i couldn't find the people. Then for shit and giggles i looked up the x1500. Everybody loved it. I'm am really happy with the denon. it's just amazing.

I like the X9 except the the tiny EQs.
