Idea Another ID

I don't have a sample ID, but it starts with a voice saying, "You have 5 seconds to terminate this tape". Then it gets quiet, & there's this high-pitched synth riff that loops over & over.

I've heard it's "Dogwhistle" by Chris Sheppard, but I'd thought I'd ask you all.
