Drinking before bed... (not alcohol)

ok, so we had the "do you eat before bed" thread.. so is it still bad to consume calories in liquid form before going to bed? i know it cant be *as* bad as actually scarfing down something but still...

i'm kinda in the mood for a glass of OJ.

yeah i dont drink before i go to bed, i have the tiniest bladder and then waking up and going to pee in the middle of the nite sucks.
