Two things.

1. I have never heard a DuMonde track called Tranquility, and Discogs hasn't either. Did you perchance download this track from P2P? If so, it's very likely mislabelled. In future, buy your music.

2. DuMonde only started out in 1999, and their style is in no way old-school trance. It's actually pretty new-school if such a thing exists.

Not really. Besides, they're somewhere in between old-skool trance and the new breed of twinkly trance. Call it '99 trance if you will.

Argh. I thought they were earlier than '99, but the Discogs blurb said 1999, then contradicted itself on one of the releases, which was from 1998.

And they're pretty much straight up anthem merchants, which isn't old-school.

...and if you want to get technical JamX has had tracks released since 1995 but that hardly has anything to do with anything.

I would call tracks from around 1995 and earlier "old school" trance.

My personal opinion
