I'm from the DC area. If its Nation, the staff is most definitely friendlier. The only other thing they have workin for them I think is their little freezing system. It's pretty awesome. saw PvD@ nation before I left for TX, and when they shoot the freezing air at you its awesome. The bar is slow though so beware.

If it;s Glow, the staff are assholes. Especially the owner. BUT the club is sooo much nicer. Large bar downstairs in the main , and another upstairs if you want to chill.
