If there was a trance stock exchange, I'd invest in...
Galen Behr (Passiva, Ava Mea, Syndique)
First thing I heard, In The End, completely blew me away; amazing talent. It's pretty rare to see someone span such a bpm-range and making absolute tunes almost everytime.
Thomas Bronzwaer (Arizona)
Amazing amazing stuff. Cooperations between Passiva & Arizona really get me going. The Stenna Remix is a stunner; great potential in this guy. He makes his tracks sound so full-of-sound, overwhelming; and I just dig that.
Emiel Ten Hoor (Arctic Quest, Relic, Phantom Force)
Where were you when you first heard Offbeat? I remember exactly, hit repeat in the blink of an eye. Very refined productions with finesse. Keep an eye out for Poles Apart, altough I prefer the older version to the rework, the former has a more euphoric feel. I think we'll be hearing from this one.
Wim Van Gelder (Icone, Van Gelder)
He's been around for a while and still getting better every track; I like the work he puts in them, this guy has the potential to write a melody to make you bounce all over. Asset to uplifting trance, I can see him making a track that comes out of the blue and is better than any melodic trance you ever heard.
Angelo Bott (Solid Slide, Ayion)
Noticed this guy early on, then that remix of Jaro - Turn The Night, that was great stuff. Then he releases Belo Horizonte, how uplifting was that? I love the sound that this man produces, when he will be throwing some refined melodic action in there, there will be no stopping him imo.
It's not that these people haven't proven anything, far from it, it's just that I can see these people lifting trance to another level, creating sounds to just tickle our eardrums. I wish I had a time machine...
