Something cool I heard on the radio the other day.

I heard a tune the other day which I thought was pretty damn cool.
the song basically contains narration explaining what a breakbeat it.
I highly approve of songs that go about bringing electronic music a little closer to the surface. I remember 2 years ago my brother said in mid-conversation "...whatever the hell a breakbeat is". That song would have done nicely instead of me trying to explain it.
anyways,
what is that song?
has anybody else heard it?
I really like it and wouldnt mind knowing the name of the artist.
