Does anyone know if there is an ambient producers forum anywhere?

The kinds of questions you'd ask in an ambient forum can't be all too different than questions about progressive trance. If you removed the percs from a lot of trance songs you'd be left with ambient.

Most ambient is generally derived from morphing pads. Well, guess what happens in the breakdowns of most trance songs... some more than others. Let's not forget the Thrillseekers.

^ yep, thrillseekers is quality for his ambient/chillout breakdowns, love them, even in his new song, 'by your side' theres a good 1:30minute ambient breakdown, thats really cool!!!

i think its getting way to specific asking for a forum like that, i don't think you'd find any significant tips you couldn't find on an electronic form...even though this is TRANCEaddict, ppl produce house, prog, techno, dnb etc.etc. no need for the specifics
