here's what you do.
you download this installer called "Krayzie_SC-NTSC_UXE_Installer_Dutch-English_v2.8.rar"
which is a hacked savegame for splinter cell.
then you get either a pro action replay for the xbox (about $30) or get an xbox controller and cut the wire in half. five wires are inside, color-coded. get a usb cable (or any usb peripheral) and cut that wire in half... then twistie tie the two cables together by color.
then, you download the device drivers for the xbox gamepad (just search google). plug the ghetto-rigged controller in your comp, install the drivers, and voila. free pro-action replay, and a free USB xbox controller. plug the memory card in, install the drivers for that (once again, search google).
then, send the hacked savegame to your memory card using the free pro action replay program (on the PAR website).
Finally, run the original splinter cell on your xbox. delete all savegames for SC on your hdd. send the hacked savegame to your hdd from the memory card. load the savegame from your hdd and it will do the rest.

when all is done, you can communicate with your xbox via ftp. download the xbox emulators/isos/mp3s/etc and send them over to your xbox hard drive using any old ftp proggie... and there you have it.
right now i have the UnleashedX dashboard on it... i got digital witchcraft & habersham - dangerous music playing in the background 
fullspeed SNES, NES, GBA, Genesis, SMS, MSX, DOS, PSX, you name it, they got it...
but you can't play on xbox live. the only way you can do this is by re-going into the splinter cell savegame and turning off the dashboard (but you can turn it back on right away)
