I posted a similar thread the day after I joined as well (about three days ago ). The thing I am missing is more an FAQ about etiquette, what's done and what's not...that sort of thing...

I posted a suggestion about such a thing in the music discussion a while ago (Link), and it didn't do very well. People thought that there were already too many rules for using the site. Maybe general opinion have changed, I don't know..
