and each time you get better, you will hear the beats more clearly and will become very picky.
Its nothing to do with the decks........its you
The reason your records sound like a lawnmower going over rocks is because obviously the records aint beatmatched properly
this is what helped me.....
cue up the next record, find out if it is going faster or slower than the record playing, then adjust the pitch accordingly.....if you adjusted the pitch to much.....then half the difference between where you had the pitch first, to where you moved it......then keep halfing the difference each time, and keep cue'ing each time you adjust the pitch, then you should be within a hairs bredth.
then over a period of time, you will do this without even thinking it
hopefully your record playing wouldnt have run out by the time, your outgoing record is beatmatched and cued up
