okay. so my roomate just dumped this on me two days ago and i'm having trouble figuring out what to do.

She has to move out to her parents because she can't afford rent. She's giving me two months notice but would like it if i could find a person January 1. So now i'm SCRAMBLING to find someone....But i also dont want to live with another crazy person. The reason i live in the beaches is because my mom lives 5 streets down from me and is a single mother and i have a 4 year old brother that i often go and babysit.

My place is in the beaches, just east of Queen and Woodbine, on Waverley Rd south of Queen. Its the full ground floor of a house, 7 houses from the beach. Its two bedrooms, each tenant gets their own living room and the one moving in, their living room would have a gas fireplace. we have a shared bathroom and kitchen, large front porch and large back deck. The rent is 700 a month plus gas and electric.

ME: i'm a 23 year old professional, working in the finance industry. i'm really friendly, outgoing and social and love music...I'm not really sure if its safe for me to live with a guy, especially cuz its a random..But maybe if he's gay that would be okay?

I need: someone who can deal with me having friends over periodically late at night (remembering i have my own living room), can deal with any type of electronic music being played i the house and the fact that someimes i come home at 6am on sundays and smoke pot outside
