Commenting as I listen...
good percussion, nice groove, almost prog like.
The elements sit well in the mix. Good job on mastering. Maybe the snare is a little sharp after 1:00. try to play a reversed sound 1/16 before the snare at a lower volume.
The sidechained strings are nice, but you are not really the first who used them.
nice FX in the midsection!
The dark flanged pads starting at 2:58 are not so well contributing to the rest of the tune. I dont know what it is, but I'd try to change the gate interval or something like that.
In the end, I was hoping for some kind of climax, but in fact, I didnt find the last part too interesting, maybe it needs some extra action there, maybe some variation in the string theme.
Anyway, what stands out really well to me is your mastering. And a good job with the percs. Well done, keep it up!

not bad, not really my taste. too tired to comment on production quality, but some of what renco says ring true to my tired ears. some elements are over the top, some of the effects are nice, some again, are a bit much. overall, chilled. =)

Well, since you were so "critial of my track," I'll return such a gracious favor with my own critique of your track.
This sounds so commercial, just like so many other tracks out there. There's no feeling to it, just the same repetitous sounds over and over and over again.
I give you a 1/10 for the effort. Maybe be you can do a better job next time. I don't like this at all. Try to bemore original next time. I don't think this represents the current sound, and I've listened to many of the the so called current tracks. This sounds kind of old-school. Lucky I like old school. And it's kind of short. You shouldn't fade out at the end.

Your breakbeat is a little...boring to fit the style you're creating. Everything is the same volume...there's no energy to the track really. A deeper, more pumping bassline could do that. Sound wise the percs and all that are pretty good. Musically, it could use some work. Dynamics are always key in composing.
