Hey man, I just finished listening to your set. Overall, this is probably the most listenable set I've heard in a while (well, actually since the JOOF Global Trance Grooves set I have from May). I didn't catch myself wanting to fast forward through things. I think I might keep this one on my hard drive. Chill but not boring; Groovy but not obnoxious. Well done!
first track kinda odd, reminds me of 'its a fine day' but still seems like a good opening track
*extremely smooth* transition
not sure the second track really goes well, er, not sure what you're trying to do yet. seems ok now
very good transition again
I really like this track so far.
transition was sort of not completely right but still pretty good. The way it works into the set is very good.
HAHA, this track with the vocals is really cool. Took me completely by surprise. HAHAHA, still cracking me up. The mix is worth listening to if only for this.
after the last track, this one (~30 min mark) is a bit of a let down but still nice...... except now it's better. It has a nice retro 80's feel to it. I'm waiting for the Duran Duran frontman to start singing.
the basslines seem like they might be cancelling out a little bit on the next transition. Ok, now things are better. It sounds like you turned the shorter frequencies up. This track still good. Nice.
next transition is good. I feel like you're doing a great job of developing a mood with your set so far. With progressive there's a tendency to have little to nothing in the way of set structure, and you're doing a nice job of avoiding this.
The track around 52 min. mark is very unique. I like it alot, and you did a good job working it into your set.
Hmm, sounds like some volume problems around 60 min or so. Or maybe you did this intentionally? Ok, *now* you have the 'its a fine day' remix, James Holden remix, I see. Not bad. My only complaint is that it seems to just keep going on and on and on and on and on and on . Maybe a bit too long.
Not too bad of a finishing track. I've kind of soured on Tiesto's remix of this track, this one is a lot less pretentious. I like.
