Both samples are totally familiar but I still can't get my finger on them and ID them.
I thought sample 1 was Tomcraft - Loneliness [Some mix of it], but it seems like it wasn't. I'll check them a little later on.

I think what you've probably got there is a rip from Disc One of ASOT 2005, but there is also an official version of this on the ASOT 2005 Sampler Disc 1.
