What a night! Sander threw down some CRAZY tunes! I love his dvj shows!!!

I loved that washing machine song. I was cracking up so hard at the lyrics. If only the rest of the crowd knew what washing machines were!!

The tune of the night for me was this one song with female vocals.... it went something like "float away with me".... he played this track like maybe one or two songs after that washing machine song. If anyone can help me find that song, i would REALLY appreciate it.

He played so many sick tunes..... Clovis will have to ID them though.

Ofcourse, the night had to be ruined yet AGAIN when AHP/Clubcrasher started around at 5am. WTF ever happened to Sander playing an 8 hr set?

Anyway, nice seeing you all tonight! Made my night even better! Thank god it wasn't too packed, considering that Giant was cancelled. Glad I made it out... (and to think I was debating whether i should have gone to this or not!! lol)

I got there at 1:30, and i thought sander was spinning some decent songs. Then Washing machine came on with the video screens and lyrics and that was great. Ironically right around then, the asian Washing Machine crowd came right by us and started bouncing into us and others on the dance floor. Then one of the bitches in the group THREW UP on the dance floor. Fucken worthless. But then the set just got so slow, you could hardly even dance to it. The only time i saw the crowd energetic was when he'd quiet it down and then wait for people to react. During most of the music, people were just moving around, i didnt see any serious dancing.

I spent most of my time upstairs due to this, which was great, as they were playing some great sets up there. Id poke down to the downstairs room everyone once in a while to see if sander was gone or not, and finally at 5:10, he was. So we went back downstairs, and whoever it was spun some awesome tracks. The bass was overly loud for the first 1-2 minutes but then was fixed. I left at 6:45 due to no more energy to move my arms. I saw a LOT more people dancing and moving on the dance floor after sanders left vs when he was spinning. Mind you i got there at 1:30, so a lot of people im sure had lost a lot of energy by then.

Thats my take on it, im still a Avalon fan and always will be, and ill be there on the 7th.

Fuck AHP!!!!! those djs, if you wanna call them that, suck! they couldn't recognize a mix if it bit them! so much cheese and after the girl with no rhythem took her top off, i couldn't take it anymore and the last of the TA's and i left. atleast i got to see sander and meet him. wish i could have seen more of his set but wouldn't trade dancing for jOOf for the world! one of the best NYE i've had in a while! good to see the dark side crew and freshcoast so glad you made it out from japan! great to see you. simon, tigo 1 and 2, julia, woody, rich, crystil, clovis, ken and his brother, so nice to meet you, and sander for what i saw fucking rocked. not quite as hard as lawler but close!

It was alright. I had more fun at PVD. I just liked the fact that many of my friends were there and got to hang out with them.
