cubase users

I have recently just upgraded my PC to

this pc is 4 times first than my old one. i also bought a new midi key board its a Edirol PCR M80

the problem is i installed cubase vst32 5. when i load up any vst instrument the cpu is all flashing red wen u play a loop.

does any 1 have any suggestations

I would say this could be a soundcard config problem...
What soundcard do you have? and check the buffer size
is it ASIO compatible?
