The Argonout project paved the way and Mo Shic’s unique sound soon became an underground phenomenon amongst the progressive house community. DJ Magazine UK heard the buzz and its editor flew over to the Holyland itself to interview Moshic and accompany him for a few days. This resulted in a 3 page article and Moshic was granted the honour of compiling & mixing the 1st CD in the series “Wold Series”, showcasing rising talents from different countries. For the past 5 years Moshic has been touring the globe, casting his spell everywhere he spinns records. From El-Salavador to Japan, his shows are known for their unexpected diversity and atmosphere which Moshic creates in his 4-5 hour sets. His long awaited studio album "Salamat” will please fans worldwide and will surely leave a mark on the international scene. It took nearly 2 years to record, mix and complete the final touches, but it is well worth waiting for. The result is an exciting and new approach to progg. house, with strong Middle Eastern influences heard across the entire album. The 2nd CD in this album is a beautiful continuation in a chill out style. Only a genuine & unique artist like Mo-Shic can tell a whole story through music and will for sure gain new listeners both from the scene and from everyone who appreciates original music with a story behind it... After all this work and touring the world in the hottest clubs, it was no surprise to anyone that he was rated No. 95 in the DJ Magazine chart for the year 2005.

- Une release possible aussi de mon remix de Terry Lee Brown Jr - Trust sur Plastic City.

- Des collabs avec Simuck, Terje Bakke et Andrew Kelly.

- Des remixes pour plusieurs labels, mais rien n'est encore fait, je vous tiendrez au courant...

Alors quelques tracks qui m'ont récemment marqué:

Blake Jarrell - Okoboji
La dernière sortie de Proton Music, qui est aussi la chanson à remixer pour leur dernier contest. L'originale est un morceau sublime de melodic break aux accents électro. Une superbe ambiance avec un gros travail sur les synthés. Le remix de Opencloud reste dans la veine de ce qu'ils avaient fait précedemment, pas trop fan pour ma part.
D'ailleurs j'ai fait ce contest, ce qui veut dire que vous aurez mon remix dans quelques semaines tout au plus...

Joel Armstrong - Park Street
Le petit prodige de Vancouver revient avec une track breakbeat assez edge. On y trouve un solide beat et des lignes acides tournoyantes vraiment sympathiques, mais surtout un vocal complétement fou, qui me fait tripper à chaque fois que j'écoute ce morceau (que je possède depuis 8 mois au moins) . Le remix de Damien Heck est aussi très bon, four to the floor et plus deep, avec ces guitares caractéristiques que j'aime beaucoup.

Extrawelt "Qliq" & "Trace Function" dispo ( en mars)

les 2 plaques seront présentes dans la compil de holden qui sortira sur Resist Records. ( pas évident pour le moment d'avoir la tracklist définitive )
