Luke Chable - Melburn

Hey,

I'm a noob to electronic music, and I got a question. I love track #2 on the Dave Seaman - Therapy Sessions CD. Its called Melburn by Luke Chable, and I wanted to know what sub-genre it is? Is it progressive house?

Also any tracks you can reccommend that would be similar would be awesome, thanks!

great track...one of my favs from luke.

genre wise... progressive breaks

two of my favorite progressive breaks artists would be shiloh and fretwell. here are some samples of some of their work...

Bedrock - Forge (Fretwell Mix) (Sample)

Fretwell - Fill Me Up (Fretwell Dub) (Sample)

Quivver - Boz Boz (Shiloh's Just For Annie Mix) (Sample)

The Beatles - Because (Shiloh Mix) (Sample)

also you might wanna check out some of luke chable's aliases, for example Lo-Step (w/ Phil K) or Quest, because they are all usually in that same genre or close to it...

Lo-Step - Burma (Sasha Mix) (Sample)

Quest - The Shepard (Sample)

Wow, nice, thanks! That's exactly what I was looking for 8D

I esp liked Bedrock - Forge and Shiloh's Mix of Because. the Lo-Step - Burma sounded like it was good, but it was only like 4 seconds of music, I'll check it out when I get home from work.

Appreciate the reccommendations everyone, still checking out some of the other stuff thats being posted.
