house tracks are a little more difficult to come by of 80s and 90s tunes than club remixes of that shit. Ministry of Sound takes care of tons of tunes that have been remixed...most of their big tune popular shit is from the 80s and 90s remixed by armand van heldon or something.
check it out, not my genre of choice, but its the only thing i can think of curently that can help you. it just gets old...ya know?

Message in the Bottle rmx (can't remember who by, but AvB and Marcus have been caught canning it).
Also, heard rmx of Led Zeppelin "Baby I'm going to leave you" and another rmx of "Better man". Josh Wink's remix of "French Kiss", Junior Vasquez remix of InSoc's "Think" and "Running Away".
just to think of a few.
But one of the most exciting remixes I've hopelessly been trying to track down was a remix of Iggy Pop's "Lust for life". I heard it in one of the sets played on some internet radio station and I'm afraid it was a bootleg, as I haven't been able to track it down anywhere since.

No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don’t want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life’s change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new. Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it is quite true.
