I like your idea mate, but I think you need some serious mastering to clean the whole mix up. I also suggest that you pread out the sections a bit longer , at least 8 bars before changing in to another section. You could drop the whole thing into a breakdown aswell. I like the bubbly bass line though. Keep pluggin away m8 and you will get there.

You should really take your time for the build-up. Like wavydalker says, make the different sections a little bit longer. Furthermore i'm not a big fan of that bassline. For me, there's not much structure in that bassline, but maybe that's a very personal opinion. Other people may like it

The sound that comes in at 1:10 is not bad. You should have done a bit more with that. So there are some good idea's in this track.

And it needs some mastering indeed

I have to admit...during this whole tune I feel like I'm just totally confused. Mastering is definitely needed. Personally the intro just doesn't fit my taste. Personally I don't think your sound really fit the vibe you're trying to give the tune. Give it some more work and it should be better.
