I'm not a pro either, but I'll give you feedback, nonetheless.

This mix is below average for several reasons. There were tons of skips in the set, two shotty transitions, sound quality, and a mediocre tracklist. I'm not going into details as to where the skips are because you can hear it for yourself. The transition at 13min30sec was horrible. The melodies were way off and as a result your flow suffered big time. The other transition at 37min had a beatmatching error and you should have played it off using an echo effect or at least fade out quickly instead of letting it play out like that. Moving on, the sound quality of your set is bad. Most of your mix sounded mono which further reduced the listening experience. Also please increase your standards when it comes to selecting your music. Remember progressive does not necessarily mean boring. Although tracks 5 & 6 are the only exceptional tracks I am fond of. On a last note polish your mixing skills and try selecting better tunes.

hey stevie,

thanks for the feedback, it was rough, but you were defnitely spot on.

the recording is crap because of the shitty soundcard i have in my laptop, which also causes the skips because it oversamples. i'm currently saving up to get a new emu 1616 which will take care of the problem. the last mix i know was bad, i stated that in the beginning, and as for the tracklist...well that's personal opinion.

thanks for listening though!
