I used to produce breaks and now more minimal stuff so thought i'd put the styles together for this one. Only a sample at the moment but would love some thoughts.

Hi, good idea on the minimal breaks track. When you're writing minimal stuff, it's very important you look to the texture of sound. I can already hear you understood that, but I think that also means that you have to put a deep bass sound in it, which fills in the certain 'hole' you created when it comes to deep hollow sounds for example.

Review
Intro - Nice kick and percussion, variation is nice. Not to sure about the synths in the back yet... this could do with more work, introducing more analouge synths and effects will be cool.
Breakdown - Things are starting to commence and sound nice, liking the short sample of the first break. The vocal effects are cool.
Conclusion/Other - Nice stuff, i like the idea, maybe add some phatt subby bass is sequences and have a light percussion to bring things in then massive percussion to carry things along... i say a bit like rob dougan. Keep working, nice effort.
