Might sound lame, but I was wondering if anyone had any feedback, reviews, or comments on Dj package systems like the Stanton Digi-Pak Pro or Numark Fusion-111 CD Package? Durable? Mixing capability? Etc.

For "starting Djs" with a limited income. Not me, but a friend asked about them. Are they relatively decent to work with mixing one track into another track? He's looking for something to work on basic skills and equipment to eventually expand on.

MY question is: Are these compatible with Ableton? Can you hook up extra equipment to these for say studio purposes?

Anyone have any information or thoughts?
