Pics from DJ Dan & Christopher Lawrence @ Ruby Skye
caught the last half hour of dj dan's set which was bangin btw. so much so the entire time i didn't even think to take pics, so there are none. when i get there a bachelorette party bus just unloaded and the place was packed and movin. christopher lawrence's set was brutally good. very punchy, energetic trance... lots of psy, breaks, progressive, etc. not much more i can say, it was a very fun night

I had no idea what time Christopher Lawrence would be on so I just got there at 10PM so I wouldn't miss any part of his set just in case he came on early. DJ Dan started at 11PM. I'm not usually into house music but I found myself dancing. I don't know much songs he played but recognized "Love For The Weekend", that's just because I heard it on Energy 92.7 while finding parking, and he also played Depeche Mode's "Just Can't Get Enough" and Eurythmics "SweeT Dreams", both sounded like the original but could've been remixed. Both trakcs got the crowd going crazy, even the crowd chanted "Just Can't Get Enough". Christopher then came on at 2AM and spun till about 4:30AM. I only recognized one song Marcel Woods - Advanced, and I think the first encore he spun was Pulser - Point of Impact (Mike Kogling remix) but not sure, will have to check the video later. Anyways it was an awesome night but it's just a pain to find parking on the streets.

Ruby looks like a sweet club, I walked pasted it back in 2005 when I went to San Fran for my first time. I was there the time Armin was there to bad it was 21+ that night

Wish I could have been there, but I had more important emergency matters to worry about it.
Sucks that I missed it as I was really looking forward to the night, but have absolutely no regrets.

i didn't have too high expectations going in cause my first time seeing lawrence wasn't all that great (i was too tired to get into the music and left early), but the atmosphere was different last night. sorry you couldn't make it dave, sara really wanted some pics from the night
