[Psy]Cybernetika - Cybernetika (192 kbps, full)

Hey,
I just made this track for fun and I want to share it with you. It's called "Cybernetika" and features a more funky style than my usual stuff. It is very psychedelic nevertheless

The eponymous track. It had to come eventually, I suppose.

There's some clipping, methinks, at 0:28 and 0:31.

Nice creaking synth in the intro.

You need to get a better speech synthesizer. (Then again, so do I.)

3:10 is a nifty little part. Is that a flanger or buffer override?

The rest is straight up cybernetika (no pun intended). Liking that a lot.

you are definatly right its funky as hell. got me swinging back and forth .

definatly a bit of that IM'ish groovy thing!

i liked your industrial stile sound in the tune and the vocals are kind of trippy.. but they annoy me maybe cuz i feel sick and stuff.

i think you definatly should go for something dnb'ish like in your latest track.. maybe just dont that much you know!

this track is great, that synth that comes in is to light for the atmosphere you put in your tune if you understand? maybe try for a darker sounding one (if possible).

the sound after that synth melody is trippy! this track is funky ..
great work cyber!

that's a nice track! i like the melodies most, good groove, too. but for me it's a bit too dark to kick me totally, but that's a matter of taste of course.

keep on the good work!

Wierd, it has this sort of funky bassline but the same dark feeling as a lot of your other tracks. Not really sure that the two are all that suited...lol

With the bassline, I think you need to work more with the velocities to get a more rolling feel to it. It feels too stacatto early on in the track.

2.17 Picks up nicely at feels a bit more cohesive after this point.

3.20 the stop starts are a bit wierd. They dont really emphasise anything, so sort of feel unecessary.

4.55 The pads here are nice and actually bring the track together well. I think some sort of atmospherics like this at teh start might help to set a better mood earlier on in the track.

I think this is a very intesting experiment between dark and full on psy. You still have some way to go, but theres some very interesting ideas here to work from. I'd say more emphasis on atmosphere and work on getting those basslines to roll along more.

hey cybernetica.trippy intro mind bending... like the stuff around 1:25... just a hair of distortion around 1:41. 2:14 is very infected ... this isn't dark... about time for some non dark psy good stuff...

cool... everything seems to melt into each other... and flow... this is really well done.

I love this mang. It's inovative & inspirational. The psy breaks with the twisted rhythms is totally insane. I love how you have long release notes & then break beat with short punchy notes. You're a genius Lars!

The tonal rhythm just before the middle & reappears near the end could be enhanced with a higher octive layer that comes in after a few bars.

Some really kickarse moments in the second half of the tune. The flange moment is a great highlight.

The song has enough changes through it to keep me amused right the way through. I was impressed by an fx that spins into the mix at intervals; which you have tweeked throughout, hence stimulating my mind.

There's a few harsh frequencies here & there, but all up it rates pretty damn high on the kickarse scale

Hey mate, got another good track going on there. Production's excellent as always. I think it's probably the best track I've heard of yours although I haven't heard any for a while.

As I'm not really a psy expert I can't really comment on the content, but it sounds fucking cool to me! Can't think of any criticisms.

8/10

(Mark scale: 0 Give Up, 1-3 Gonna take some more work, 4-5 Nearly there, 6-8 Signable, 9-10 Outstanding)
