I can't figure this one out for the life of me. I was only able to find it on some middle-of-no-where Asian ringtone website. Click here to listen to it.
I know the version I am looking for is the vocal version of
Kerri Chandler, Jerome Sydenham - Atmospheric Beats (Original Extended Version)
There is a vocal version for the original track (released 13 years ago) but it is not the same.

Even though it could have been mixed on-the-fly, I've watched youtube videos of the very same mix so it's out there somewhere.
