Satan (eek!)

Well, already the best party of this decade. It was excellent. Just came back from there, didn't have any sleep till this point(...wonder why!!).It really rocked.

Line up:

22:00 - 23:30 Rank 1
23:30 - 01:00 Storm pres. by Mark Spoon
01:00 - 01:30 Push
01:30 - 02:45 ATB
02:45 - 04:15 Johan Gielen with Safri Duo
04:15 - 05:45 Mauro Picotto
05:45 - 07:00 DJ Jean

I came there at 01:30 hours, so I missed Rank 1, but Storm was a nice beginning.
ATB was my favorite last night, really hard like we Dutch people want. Never liked ATB till last night. Same goes for Johan Gielen & DJ Jean. The harder the better. One example: Megamind - Taup!
Push was also good, only they didn't mix, but played just a couple of tracks.Johan Gielen's set was beautiful, expecially the last 45 min with Safri duo.
Mauro Picotto played Progressive Trance, really Great!!
For ya'll people who dislike DJ Jean, get his set from Trance Energy 2001 in the near future. He played really great.
This was really want I hoped for, The Harder the Better(till some extent)

Any comments, let me know!!

(PS. If this story doesn't make any sense, I can't help it at this moment in time. I'm still a little F***edup!!)

It's not just his music and mixing; Jean's attitude is the worst part

I went to impulz instead of trance energy and some of these tracks were played aswell and they were considered soft!!!!!!!!!
If you like it hard u should have gone 2 impulz

He told in a intervieuw that women are pigs. And a few weeks later he said that female-dj's can't spin.
Looks 2 me he hasn't got many pleasant experiences with women...

apparently dj jean said oakenfold sucks. apparently he's also one of the few dj's who doesn't use drugs, but he is drunk most of the time he spins. at least what i've heard.

Jean thinks he's great, is bragging about a woman who sucked his dick (sitting under the table when he was spinning), thinks trance should be mainstream, loves his own fucked up scratching... do you need more?

Erhmmmmmm.......

I don't want to start this uplifting/progressive discussion again... but what I call progressive is Marco V and Sander Kleinenberg... Tiesto is more uplifting to me...

But anyways: I don't like placing music in boxes. Songs are too different to be catagorized.
