well the whole track doesnt have that dark psytrancy feeling.. its very light instead of dark, fx's and all is great, percs fit great with track. if there is anything like epic psy or something you have done it .

not really my cup of tea but definatly a great track, with good fx's and all. i guess your a trancer otherwise?

this might be more goa stile

your vocals are like weird.. what language is it? polish? ^^ japanese? xD they get kindof repetetive after a while :/ maybe try to have less of them? lead is kind of nice, with the right kind of pads etc that would be one mean ass dark psytrance .

funky track dude.

@DJ cola, this is morning psytrance dude, there's hundreds of psy artists producing in this vein Not dark, but very much psy trance

Very nice tune mate, reminds me of Aquatica or Cosmosis perhaps. Very euphoric, clean sounds and a good solid percussion end. Everything sits well in the mix too. Not too much reliance on obvious melodies either which I think is a good thing.

You should submit this for the Psy mix Cybernetica is doing. Check the stickies at top of page

thank you verrry much for all your replies!!!

@ dj cola: yes, i like it more light, it's enuff (good) dark stuff out there i think :-) i like any kind of music that's able to bring me into a trance-state, so - yes, i'm a trancer i think ;-)

@ convert23: thank you. yes, i think it's japanese (it was a hip-hop sample that i run through a vocoder) but i'll ask a girl from japan to get sure.

@ axolotyl: thank you for the detailed review and the hint to cybernetica's mix!

@ rayan: thanx for your review, too!

thank you Aquarian :-)

almost every sound is made from a different source... some are /were samples, others came from softsynths (like zeta+ or vanguard). the kick is made with stomper and bassline with vb1 (the latter is obvious i think :-) ). drumatic generated some HH-patterns, the other drums/ percs are samples, too. everything slightly to heavily processed tho.

i use only software exept from 2 hardware-synths: the mam mb33 (i used it for the basic layer of the main melody) and - tataaa - next week my first real analog synth will arrive, i bought a roland juno-60.

BTW: for this thread i activated "Email Notification: emails sent to you whenever someone replies". Only registered users are eligible" but i don't receive any emails... does anyone know why?

1:06 - the kick might be more climactic without the highs

1:32 - nice drop out, it would be great development if you treated it somewhat like 3:46 where for a split second there is no sound.

It would be cool if you panned out the high reverby synth (2-4 mins)

nice snare drum (lazer drum)

6:02 - Cool sound, may be a little to loud for the mix

Overall great FX stuff. It has a very minimalistic feel because the bass and drums are so steady. You have a 16th not groove going the entire time. Perhaps, later in the song take out a single 16th note on the HHs to slightly alter the groove of the loop. Cool stuff, I would like to hear more of your music because it is much different than mine.
