Last year, they were used very often the same sounds, and some persons will be bored ! I must agree cause except NEVER LOOK BACK and WARRIORS, all 2001's remixes/productions sounds the same (MEMORY, TRAUMA, THE SUN, THE MUSIC IS MOVING...)
I love DuMonde and all their tunes ! but I hope that this year they will create new sounds in their productions ! cause I think I'll be a little boring to listen the same hi hats and the same synth sounds.
but DUMONDE ARE THE BESTS FOR ME

u are right, those tracks sound almost same...But I think, it's their style...You can't expect them to change their style and create completely new and different songs...
and I still like those sounds

Dumonde is the shit. They know how to produce their style of trance very well, and likely so, this is what you call exceptional talent.

hmm.. i have to disagree here.. james holden for example has his own style, but none of his tracks sound exactly the same.. i think that dumondes "style" is WAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY too close in all thier works and gets super boring.. thats my 2 cents anyways..

I used to love dumonde a while back, but now when i listen to each song/remix produced by them i hear the same song with slightly different breakdowns.in my opinion they are no better than darude or barthezz.

I don't mind if their songs sound simular. To tell you the truth...I thought that "Never Look Back" was Binary Finary- 2001 when I first heard it. A Dumonde production/remix always get me moving, their songs are so energetic. Give them credit, they've been able to take an Alice Deejay and Fragma song and make it good.

guys...
if you think of Dumonde's style as "boring" just because it has the same sounds all the time, consider this: how come PVD uses the same kick all the time?!? Because it's his trademark!! Same with DeLeon's synths and JamX's beats and hihats...
Krisom, Tiddeyom i innym wynalazkom MDT mowimy zdecydowanie NIE!!

I think alot of paul van dyk's productions are boring because they all sound the same...all the "PVD Rework's" are pointless because 90% of them ruin the original song.
Part of being a good producer is having variety.
Theres a difference between having your own style and just doing the same thing over and over again.
I mean, how long do you think it takes Dumonde to complete a remix?
Go into the studio, plug the notes into all the sounds that are premade, and edit a couple things. What does that take? A few days?
I can't appreciate producers who have no variety in their music.
