I used to work there as a Membership Sales Rep for about a year and a half, and they fucked me over BIG time! They fuck over everyone, members, employees, doesn't matter. If you are content where you are, I suggest you stay there. Premier doesn't know what customer service means, and you will most likley regret switching. I have seen some really ugly shit that goes on behind the scenes there, which is really a shame, since the gyms themselves are outstanding, and the equipment is top notch. Anyways, just thought I would add my piece. BTW, if you do decide on switching, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT give them a void cheque or any credit card info!!!!!!!!!!!! Pre pay your membership, or give them postdated cheques, as a last resort. Good luck!
