There seems to be a few mixes of it though? any mix i listen to has a 4/4 time, while he played a breakbeat style mix

That was the one. The original two tracks are Sasha - Magnetic North & BT feat Jan Johnston - Remember.
Sadly this bootleg isn't being released anywhere
