I'm not too sure if you can do what you are saying, because in the mixer you can only seem to designate one certain output. Why dont you just use send effects, creating fx tracks, or use group channels?
I also know that some vsts do have multiple outputs on them so it also depends on the vst you have...something like Battery has many different outs...both mono and stereo and these will appear as different outs on the mixer obviously, but you can assign effects to the different channels (assuming you already know this)
Why purpose are you trying to do this? Saving cpu power or what?
