So I went there last night to see Victor...except...no Victor.

Nevertheless, I had a great time.

The space is small and underground in the most literal sense--it's sort of in a basement.

We got there around 10pm, and there were only a few people there--6 or 7 other people.

It reminds me a lot of Bar Dynamite on Washington, but playing EDM instead of hip hop.

It progressed to fill up over the next couple hours, and it doesn't take much to bring the place to capacity. Less than 100 people, for sure. Maybe close to 50 or 60.

Because of the small space, it's pretty easy to bring the SPL up to a nice level. The sound was nice...you could feel the music...but still carry on a conversation.

I got poured the stiffest drink of my life, and had only 1.5 over the course of the night...

Total cost, 20 bucks. It was the best value night out I've had in ages.

Anyone know whether they play trance there all the time?
