I'm originally from Aruba's sister island... I haven't been to Aruba in FOREVER though. I might be able to find out for you where they play some dance music and all but generally on the islands the "clubs" (more bars) play a mix of everything in one!
La Cabana used to be a really nice resort, hope it still is
