My wife usually takes a cup to go with her in the mornings and she didn't today. So, stupid me, I help myself to what was left in the pot after I downed my first serving - in total, probably about 4 cups. I'm wired as a mofo right now and I know I'm going to crash in about 2 hrs.


Might as well be productive while I've got this nice buzz going though....

i'll make it 90 min on the treadmill later to flush it out.

ummm coffee.......

i can drink coffee consistently for a while and take a break and won't feel anything. even so, i don't even think my coffee works. I hear its supposed to wake you up, but I only drink it cus its hot and tastes good. I wake up by driving to work with my window open.
but I do need water or else i start to shake

I drink 2-4 cups per day, but if I miss a day, or overdrink on another, it doesn't throw me off, though if I don't drink caffiene for a couple days, I definitely get headaches.
