If so, can you please do me a favor and try to DL a file (8MB or so, or higher)?

I'm getting horrible transfer rates, around 17kbps, and I've tried from two different locations. I just want to take it to another level before I call them.

Sasha and I both use them for our hosting.

Just tried to download something, and was getting my usual 500KB/s (900MB file).

It's kinda weird because I'm getting shit rates from my place in PA and someone's place in Buffalo. It must be the server my files are on.

maybe you have been put on a very busy server, ask to be transfered.
