You need 400 posts to be able to change that. As i see you need about 301 more. Been in your shoes man.

LoL... you don't need 400 posts to change the picture of your avatar... only the text under your name...

to change the picture under your name (called an "avatar"), go to your profile, user options.... at the bottom of that page you will see "use custom avatar".... click yes and select one.

You can either pick one from the suggested list, or you can upload your own off your HD... can't be larger than 100x100 pixels and cannot be larger than 20k.
