I personally like him, but it seems that a lot of people can't stand him.

says the dumbest but hilarious things now and again, but you only get ralph a liiiiittle bit at a time
else he jsut gets annoying
in conclusion
if he didn't spam so god damn much, he'd be funny
now, its just annoying and cloging up the boards
