Hemstock & Jennings vs Adam White - Reverence (original white label/CD-R)

I'm looking for one of the first pressings of this white label release or CD-R, with the actual Dead Can Dance - Host of the Seraphim sample in it. I DO NOT want the Mondo release, shown here:

I don't even know if the version with the actual sample was pressed to vinyl, but I want a legit copy of the full song, regardless.
