Tracks you've bought recently then wished you hadn't?
Mine is Tiesto (yeah I know) "The Loves We Lost"
If I'd paid attention when I listened to the sample, I would have realised that although it starts out huge and tough and really very good, the drawn-out whiny breakdown would make me want to fill my ears with Araldite.
The Tilt remix is OK I guess, so it wasn't a complete waste of $17.
ever since i enforced my rule of not shopping unless sober, ive done ok
my last fuckup occured with kyau & alberts \'made of sun\' which i thought sucked after listening to the sample. so after an hour or so more shopping, i bought it. dont ask me why. im simply retarded.

haha, ordering stuff online when drunk is great fun. Cos you forget about doing it, and 3 weeks later, receive a box of midget porn....

Yeah I don't know how it got under the radar. Actually I do, I was going "Ooh, listen to that kick, oooh shiny!" instead of "Gee, that breakdown goes on a bit, doesn't it?"
I actually really like Made of Sun

well, if we liked ALL the same tunes, people would get a bit bored i reckon
i think sneaky samples are the other reason you might buy the wrong thing. is why i rarely buy on samples anymore. DI or amateur mixes from the dj promotion forum is where i do all my tracklist raping
