has anyone been to "One Up Restaurant & Lounge"?

made last minute dinner reservations at this place recommened by a friend for an after birthday dinner.Has anyone been there? if so, how was it like?

It's a decent place. Went ages ago. Kind of upscale from what I remember. Didn't check out the restaurant.
